Born in Adilabad in the state of Andhra Pradesh (India) in 1960, Premsagar Rao is a Law Graduate. After his education he started his business career as a registered and authorized contractor of works for Indian Railways. During his tenureship he has undertaken several small and large scale works of Indian Railways such as laying of new lines, repairing of the existing ones, construction of bridges etc., as a resulting in both quality and punctuality, caved not only good profits, but also established his credibility in foray of contracts.
